   Enjoy some of the finest walleye and pike fishing in North America as you fish the North Saskatchewan River and Tobin Lake located a short distance from Nipawin, Saskatchewan.    
   Fish the waters that are famous for trophy walleye and big northern pike. Tobin Lake is known world wide for it's huge walleye and Northern Pike. Widely regarded as one of the best places in North America to catch a walleye of 10 pounds or more, Tobin is home to the 18.06 pound Saskatchewan record walleye.
   
Walleye fishing consists of drift fishing using bottom bouncers and spinners baited with leeches or night crawlers. Tobin Lake has a slot size of Walleye to help maintain & preserve the unique trophy fishery. All walleye between 21.6" and 31.5" are protected and must be released.

   The Northern Pike, the most widely distributed sport fish in Saskatchewan, is considered one of the fiercest and most thrilling of all freshwater game fish.
   The "great northern" generally prefers shallow weed areas in lakes and can often be caught in spring and fall in bays, off points and on sandbars dropping off into deeper waters.
   Pike fishing consists of trolling or casting spoons or crankbaits into shallow weedy areas. Tobin Lake, a fertile natural reservoir holds trophy pike, up to 38.5 pounds, with countless 20 pound plus fish being taken every year. Other species in Tobin Lake include sturgeon, perch, goldeye, and sauger. Tobin Lake has a slot size on Northern Pike to help maintain & preserve the unique trophy fishery.    All pike between 29.5" and 41.3" are protected and must be released. We fish the North Saskatchewan River and Tobin Lake. We know the waters and we will put you in the middle of the best fighting and best tasting fish that Northern Saskatchewan has to offer.
   We fish in 16 foot Lund boats with 25 h.p. Yamaha outboards. All landing equipment and PFD's are supplied. You are only required to bring your tackle, your gear, and your enthusiasm for fishing to ensure a great outing. 3 and 6 day guided fishing packages are available. Accomodations are not included but can be purchased at the regional park or at local motels in Nipawin. We can help make your trip arrangements for you.
